Cyber24 is a free workbench for the jobs files put in front of you. Download a public video, convert a format, turn an hour of audio into text, tidy a PDF, or read an ebook, in the tab. One instrument, many small tools, and nothing else.
Why it exists
Files arrive in the wrong shape. Video that ought to be text. Pages that ought to be pictures. A recording nobody has an hour to sit through. Most tools for these jobs want an account, an upload quota, and a subscription to skip the queue. Cyber24 keeps a shelf of small tools for those jobs, and nothing else.
It runs the job, hands back the file, and forgets. No sign-up, no waiting room you can pay to skip, no copy kept to sell later.
What it does
Download
Save a public video from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or X, over your own connection. A browser extension does the fetching, since a server would be pulling on the server's own IP, not yours.
Convert
Move video, audio, images, documents and ebooks between formats, with sensible defaults already chosen.
Transcribe
Turn speech into text, tuned for Bengali, Hindi and English, with SRT, VTT and plain text out.
Read and edit
A visual PDF editor, a calm document reader, and an ebook reader for EPUB, MOBI and AZW3.
How it works underneath
Each tool says what runs beneath it. Mostly it is ffmpeg and a handful of open tools that have done this work for years, with the flags already worked out so you do not have to. A tool is usable the moment the page paints; the heavier interface loads in behind it.
