Privacy policy, in plain words.

01What we collect

For most tools, nothing that identifies you. A tool receives the file or link you give it, does the work, and returns the result. No name, email or phone is asked for to use a tool. The one exception is Social Suite, which needs your Facebook login and Page access to work. Section 09 explains exactly what it receives.

02Your files

For local processing, files you upload or fetch are held only while a tool needs them and then deleted. The optional YouTube captions method sends a compact private copy to the connected YouTube channel with your confirmation and deletes it after caption processing. Google processes that copy under its own terms and privacy policy.

03In transit and at rest

Your connection to Cyber24 is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. On the server, each job runs in its own scratch space, removed when the work finishes. An interrupted local job may leave temporary data until cleanup runs. The optional YouTube method sends a private video over HTTPS to Google and requests deletion after processing; if deletion fails, the site owner must remove the remaining private copy.

04Accounts

The transcriber is open without an account. Accounts are not open to public registration. The site owner creates accounts for people who need saved keyword lists or the optional private AI helper. An account holds a username and password hash, with two-factor available. Social Suite has its own accounts, also made by the site owner, and connects Facebook through Facebook's own login. No Facebook password ever reaches this server.

05Cookies and analytics

No analytics script and no advertising pixel run on this site. A cookie remembers your light or dark preference, and, if you have an account, keeps you signed in. Neither is used to track you elsewhere.

06What runs underneath

Processing happens on this server, using open tools such as ffmpeg. Public downloads for the browser extension are fetched over your own connection, not the server's. Your IP address is used briefly to apply a fair-use rate limit, and for nothing else. In the Android app, image, PDF, text, and audio work, including editing, runs on the phone, so those files never reach this server. Office document conversion and heavy convert still come here for the job, and follow the same deletion promise as every other tool.

07Advertising in the Android app

The Android app displays Google Mobile Ads. With consent where required, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process an advertising ID, general location inferred from your IP address, app interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Your files and their contents are never sent to the advertising service. When applicable, you can revisit your ad privacy choices from Settings in the app.

08Your rights

You can ask what an account holds, ask for it to be exported, or ask for it to be deleted. Because tool files are not kept, there is usually nothing left of a given job to ask about once the hour has passed.

09Social Suite and Facebook

Social Suite is a Cyber24 tool for publishing posts and live videos to several Facebook Pages at once. On Facebook it appears as the app Cyber24. It only works after you log in with Facebook and choose which Pages to connect.

What it receives from Facebook. Your name and Facebook user ID. The list of Pages you manage. An access token for each Page you connect. For Pages, it can read basic engagement on posts made through Social Suite. When you go live, it receives the live video details Facebook returns, such as stream IDs and stream URLs.

What it does with that. It publishes the posts and live streams you start, to the Pages you choose, and shows you whether each one succeeded. That is all. It never posts unless you ask it to, and it never reads your personal profile, messages or friends.

Where it is kept. Page access tokens are stored encrypted on this server and are used only to carry out actions you request. Post text, images and video you upload are held only while they are being sent to Facebook, then deleted, under the same rule as every other tool here. Live video passes through to Facebook and is not recorded.

Who sees it. Nobody else. Facebook data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or profiling. Meta processes what you publish under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long. Your connection and tokens are kept until you disconnect. A short log of what was posted where, with no content, is kept for 30 days so failed posts can be retried, then deleted.

10Deleting your Facebook data

You can remove everything Social Suite holds about you in any of these ways:

1. In Social Suite. Open Settings and choose Disconnect Facebook. Your tokens and Page list are deleted immediately.
2. On Facebook. Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find Cyber24 and choose Remove. Your access ends at once, and the data stored here is deleted within 30 days.
3. By email. Write to [email protected] from your account email, or include your Facebook name. Deletion is confirmed by reply within 30 days.

Removing the app does not delete posts or videos already published to your Pages. Those stay on Facebook until you delete them there.
