APK Studio

Open an Android APK on your device, with nothing uploaded. Read the manifest: package name, version, minimum and target Android version, and every permission it declares. Browse the whole file tree, preview text, XML, and images inside, and pull out any file or folder on its own or as a zip. Replace or delete files, add your own, then rebuild. The rebuild is signed on the server with a fresh throwaway key each time, so an edited APK installs again. An XAPK or APKS bundle opens as its file listing. Nothing from the file is run.
