Unlock PDF

Takes the lock off a PDF that will not print, copy, or edit. Most locked files need nothing typed: drop the file in and the restrictions come off. If the first pass cannot read the file, it is rewritten, and if that fails too, the pages are redrawn. Supply the open-password only if the file asks for one when you open it. It does not recover a password nobody knows, and it never will.
